EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
In January of this year, the FEI published rule changes for international dressage competitions
(please see FEI Rules for Dressage Events, 23rd Edition, January 1, 2009, available on the FEI website www.fei.org).
As a result, the USEF Executive Committee has approved several extraordinary rule changes for the Dressage Division (Chapter DR) of the USEF Rule Book. These rule changes, primarily impacting saddlery and errors/penalties, are effective immediately. Some of the rule changes only affect High Performance classes; several others apply to all exhibitors in USEF/USDF-Licensed Dressage Competitions.
